Jim Morse does not spend a lot of his summer afternoons lounging on and around Mona Lake, even though he's lived on it for 50 years.
He's not flying around on his private jet as much as you'd think, even though he's owned one for 38 years.
He's not basking in the so-called "good life" of the average retiree, even though he has earned that right.
With his wealth and health, he could do anything he wants and be anywhere he desires. Instead, during business hours, he chooses to spend much of his time at his Norton Shores office.
