Darius Fleming, Robert Hughes, and Kapron Lewis-Moore visit Barbara Rose Elementary School

Kindergartners and first-graders at Barbara Rose Elementary School got a surprise visit March 14 from three NFL players.

Invited by Rose School parent David Lee, an agent with Players Rep Sports Management, the players included Kapron Lewis-Moore, a defensive end for the Baltimore Ravens; Robert Hughes, a full back for the Arizona Cardinals; and Darius Fleming, a linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers.

The three NFL players, all of whom are Notre Dame graduates, helped the students mix paint for their projects. Lewis-Moore even donned a kindergarten-sized smock.
