Four University of Notre Dame graduates were elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in Tuesday’s election: Rep. Michael Kelly '70 (R-PA),  Keith Rothfus '90 (R-PA), Rep. Peter Visclosky J.D. '73 (D-IN), and Rep. Peter King J.D. '68 (R-NY).

Alumnus Joe Donnelly '73 J.D. '81 of Indiana is the second Notre Dame graduate to be elected to the U.S. Senate, and the fourth to serve.
