Also victorious in singles Sunday were freshman Caroline Dunleavy (defeating Alexia Petrovic of Utah) and sophomore Zoe Spence (over Aspasia Avgeri of DePaul).
The Irish also went 4-0 in doubles, with 56th-ranked Brooke Broda and Allison Miller defeating Habiba Shaker and Sara Kuutila of Michigan State; Corse and Spence downing Utah’s Brianna Turley and Margo Pletcher; Chong and Dunleavy defeating Lesley Foe and Isabella Franks of Marquette; and Hayden Siegfried and Bojczuk besting Pitt’s Claudia Bartolome and Camila Moreno.
