"Science Friday" at ND

Ira Flatow, host of the national radio show "Science Friday," will present a public lecture Oct. 13 at the University of Notre Dame and tape his national radio show before an audience here Oct. 15 in the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.

Both events are among a series of activities that will take place during the next year hosted by the College of Science to celebrate 150 years of science at Notre Dame.

Flatow will present an address titled "Science is the New Sexy" at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 13 in Washington Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
