The Notre Dame Initiative for Global Development (NDIGD) was recently awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to partner with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to provide impact evaluation research for MCC projects.

MCC is a U.S. foreign aid agency created by the U.S. Congress in January, 2004, that is committed to providing smart U.S. foreign assistance by focusing on good policies, country ownership, and proven results. MCC is working toward improving the lives of people in developing countries by creating the markets of the future, with whom global companies can do business and trade.
