Notre Dame alumnus Trigg Ferrano '11 serves in the Peace Corps in China

Peace Corps Volunteer Trigg Ferrano is using his passion for film to tell the story of how he is making a difference as an English teacher volunteer in China. In the film above, he describes his primary and secondary projects and share his Peace Corps experience with viewers.

“I made this video as a project to hopefully show prospective Peace Corps applicants a real, modern example of what Peace Corps service is like,” Ferrano said. “Furthermore, I wanted to summarize the most meaningful aspects of my service and site, so that others can have a glimpse of what I’m actually doing over here.”

Ferrano, of Atlanta, graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2011 with degrees in Philosophy and French. His year spent studying abroad in Angers, France, helped prepare him for international service.
