Annette Richards sits down behind the organ and travels back in time to when Baroque was the musical style of the day.

When Richards sits down behind the Fritts organ at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center on Sunday, she will transport the audience back to classical music’s heyday in the 1700s when Anna Amalia, princess-abbess of Quedlinburg in Prussia and sister of Frederick the Great, was quenching her musical thirst with the latest piece from Carl Philipp Emanuel (C.P.E.) Bach — son of composer Johann Sebastian Bach.
