Former University of Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz, comedian and actor Martin Short and former Irish football standouts Joe Theismann, Pat Terrell, Tony Rice and Mike Golic all will speak at the Notre Dame BCS Championship Game Pep Rally scheduled for 7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Lummus Park (660 Ocean Drive, between 6th and 9th streets) in the South Beach area of Miami Beach, Fla.
