Blackhawks Open Camp at Compton

For the second year in a row, the Chicago Blackhawks will open training camp at the University of Notre Dame's Compton Family Ice Arena beginning at 10 a.m. on September 19th.

Friday's first official practices are open to Notre Dame, Saint Mary's College and Holy Cross College students, faculty and staff only with a valid ID. Fans can take their lunch break and watch the Blackhawks practice as Centerplate is offering a $6 combo meal, consisting of two hot dogs, chips and a 20 oz. fountain soda, to any fan with a valid Notre Dame, Saint Mary's or Holy Cross ID during Friday's practice sessions.
