After 18 months at the Attention media agency in Manhattan, New Jersey native Dan Lewis had moved into management in social media data analytics, despite little Facebook time when he was earning a math degree at St. Michael's College in Vermont. But he was bored.
He was planning to tell his supervisor that he was leaving for the ESTEEM Program at the University of Notre Dame when the supervisor offered him a promotion to full manager of the analytics department, with a raise.
