Each summer, members of the Notre Dame Football Team spend time doing hands-on community service with the elderly, the young, and the mentally challenged.
For each of the past three summers, nearly every player takes the community service class run by Notre Dame's Center for Social Concerns.
Their goal is to fulfill Notre Dame's mission of educating the whole person and cultivating concern for the common good.
