EUGENE, Ore. --- The University of Notre Dame track and field teams add four first team All-Americans to their record books today after day three of competition at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Seniors Alexa Aragon and Michelle Brown, junior Chris Giesting and sophomore Margaret Bamgbose all finished in the top eight of their final events this evening.
“It was a good day,” said head coach Joe Piane. “The first one was Alexa. She was All-American, and a PR for her and a school record. In her last collegiate race, she ran the fastest time of her life—that’s pretty good.”
