All college freshmen experience culture shock to some degree. There's a lot that requires adjustment. Dorm life. Personal freedom. Unlimited chocolate pudding in the dining hall.
But for rising sophomore linebacker Ishaq Williams, who came to Notre Dame from Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn, culture shock extended to the football field. Suddenly, the players around him were faster, stronger and way more pudding-resistant. The going got tough.
