Buried among the news out of the University of Notre Dame last week was the consequential announcement that the university's nanotechnology research is being rewarded with a new five-year, multimillion dollar grant.
The outstanding work the university's Alan Seabaugh and Robert Dunn performed in leading Notre Dame's seven university partners in the Midwest Institute for Nanoelectronics Discovery (MIND) has advanced the university's effort to create research that technology businesses can build on.
