The Notre Dame Law Review jumped from 22nd to 8th on Washington & Lee University School of Law’s most recent ranking of top legal publications.
The annual W&L Law Journal Rankings are based on how often journals are cited in legal academic writing and in court decisions. The calculation measures the impact of articles published over a five-year period, with the most recent rankings representing the years 2015 through 2019.

Matson Dean and Professor of Law at Notre Dame Law School. “It also recognizes the quality of student editors that have dedicated their time and focused attention to running one of the leading academic law journals in the nation.”
