Over 40 students from the University of Notre Dame contributed to a major volunteer effort in Dublin this weekend.
The students, who are studying abroad in Ireland this semester, helped refurbish the Rathmines Women's Refuge, which has housed helped victims of domestic violence since 1986.
The service project was organized by the U.S. Embassy in Dublin, as well as Localise, an Irish youth and community development organization.
