When Notre Dame senior Tyler Stockton learned the Pinstripe Bowl was a possible postseason destination a few weeks ago, the defensive lineman quickly solicited his teammates from the West Coast for any extras from their allotment of six complimentary tickets.
The Linwood native had to be diligent on the hunt, as he's expecting a big turnout for the matchup with Rutgers at Yankee Stadium on Dec. 28.
"I'm very excited, don't get me wrong, but I'm pretty sure my dad is over-excited," Stockton said. "He might have family and friends I've never even heard of coming to the game. That means a lot that I'm going to have the most people ever come watch me in my last game."
