The first tenants move next month into Data Realty, a world-class data center rising on the old Studebaker ground where the last jobs left 45 years ago.
The $25 million project is built on a business model that allows customers to invest as co-owners of the enterprise that aims, far beyond the typical data storage and security roles, to provide business decision-directing data analytics.
