SOUTH BEND -- Pack up the tents and take the circus on the road.
But, no matter what, don't leave those white No. 5 and No. 80 jerseys behind.
That wouldn't be good.
Three years into his tenure as Notre Dame's head football equipment manager, Ryan Grooms is faced with a monumental challenge: Load up about 100 players and all their gear -- practice and game -- get everything and everyone to Ireland, unpack, go through two practices and a game against Navy, then get it back home again.
